Plastic injection molding is the primary focus at Maine Mold & Machine, Inc. The complexity of any part we can manufacture is only limited to the mold. Our molding capabilities range from 150 tons to 300 ton presses. Once set up, the cost for each part can be minimal.

We can certainly meet the needs of most plastic molding jobs with our compliment of auxiliary equipment - color mixers, material tumbler, moisture analyzer, mold controllers, chillers and dehumidifying and desiccant hopper dryers. Maine Mold & Machine, Inc. will also assemble your plastic injection molded parts if needed. We truly are your one stop shop for injection molding, modification and repair of molds, and part assembly.

Several of the parts we run require special quality control procedures and documentation. We are willing to work with our customers to address the quality assurances they require.
